Santé – A New Language for Wellbeing Rooted in Joy

May 24, 2025

What if wellbeing wasn’t something to fix… but something to feel?

Let’s face it — most of us treat wellbeing like a broken printer.
We poke at it when things aren’t working, hope it’ll magically reset, and only really care when it starts spitting sparks.

But what if there’s another way?

👉 Watch this 5-minute video to hear the heartbeat of what I’m about to share. It’s real, uplifting, and (spoiler alert) might just make you feel something, too.

I’m South African, born of French parents from the Champagne region.
So yes — Champagne has been a golden thread in my life.
Effervescence is in my DNA.

As a child, I dreamed of being a teacher or a healer.
I became a dietitian, and eventually transitioned into workplace wellbeing — working with leaders and teams for over two decades.

But something always felt… off.

Because wellbeing, as it's often taught, can feel clinical. Contradictory. Complicated.
Rigid plans.
Metrics.
Biohacking.
A constant sense of not doing enough.

What I longed for — and what I’ve now found — is a more reachable, radiant, and real way to speak about wellbeing.

That language is Santé.

And oh, how we need a new language…

Because today’s culture of “success” is burning us out.
We’re over-scheduled, under-nourished, and numb with busyness.

Santé teaches us to design a life with the same care and artistry a winemaker uses to create a vintage.
To tune in.
To spark joy.
To become our own Chief Effervescent Officer.

This isn’t about surviving.
It’s not about biohacking or pushing harder.
It’s about choosing a life of gentle permission, presence, and purpose.

Santé is both a framework and a philosophy to help you craft a sparkling life —
one rooted in intentional presence, meaning, and effervescence.

Santé to making every day a Champagne moment.

If something here resonates and you’d like to explore a more joyful, soulful approach to wellbeing, I’d love to stay connected.

I share reflections, tips and inspiration over on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn — and I work with teams and leaders as a professional speaker to bring this refreshing approach to the workplace, too.

Let’s make space for what really matters.
