From as far back as I can remember, I have struggled with sleep and considered myself an extremely ‘light sleeper’. Unfortunately, during a particularly stressful time in my life I also started using sleeping pills and found myself unable to sleep without them.

Since then I have come a long way in rebuilding a healthy and ease-filled relationship with sleep and rest. it continues to be a journey of self-discovery and exploration as I go through periods where I still struggle with sleep.
