Full Bio (250 Words)

Celynn Morin is a performance and wellbeing strategist working at the intersection of leadership, psychosocial safety and sustainable high performance. A registered dietitian and award-winning professional speaker, she brings scientific depth and commercial clarity to the modern workplace.

She works with senior leaders, professional services firms and global brands to address a defining question of our time, how do we build thriving workers in high-pressure environments without burning them out. Her focus is energy management, psychological safety and what she calls Performance Chemistry, the underlying conditions that enable consistent performance without compromising health.

With a background in clinical nutrition and behavioural science, Celynn translates complex science into practical leadership tools. Her frameworks, including the Wellculator assessment, help organisations move from reactive wellbeing initiatives to proactive performance design.

Born in South Africa and rooted in the Champagne region of France, she brings a distinctive philosophy to leadership. Sustainable performance, like fine Champagne, is not rushed. It is cultivated with care, balance and intelligent timing. This belief underpins her work with executive teams who want results without sacrificing resilience.

Celynn is known for her warm authority, sharp insight and ability to connect deeply with senior audiences. Her sessions combine rigour with humanity, helping organisations build cultures where people do not simply cope, but truly thrive.
