Registered Dietitian, Wellbeing Whisperer
Celynn is a qualified dietitian, author of two books, and a workplace well-being consultant. She takes a practical and joyful approach to helping others enrich their lives, with a particular focus on midlife health and well-being. Celynn utilizes a holistic approach through the well-established Wellculator™ framework.
As an accredited HeartMath™ coach, Embodiment facilitator, and Certified Master Practitioner for The Healing Hub™, she has extensive expertise in mental health and emotional well-being, grounded in somatics. Celynn has received a professional speaking fellowship and has authored two books.
